Ethereum has maintained an upward trajectory, reaching new highs in the cryptocurrency market behind the Berlin hard fork, and European Investment Bank’s plans to launch a digital bond sale on the ethereum blockchain network.
Ethereum is scheduled for another hard fork in July 2021. The London hard fork is expected to incorporate Ethereum Improvement Proposal 1559, which looks to reduce transaction fees as well as addressing other issues.
The overall reduction of supply and potential institutional demand for ethereum are favourable to ethereum’s price.
