e-statement FAQ
1. What are e-Statements?
e-Statements are electronic versions of your monthly statements and daily statement.
2. Where can I view my e-Statements?
Your e-Statements will be sent to your latest email address registered with us.
You may also view and download your PDF e-statements via KTrader trading platform under “e-statement” tab anytime, anywhere.
3. When can I view my e-Statement?
Both daily contract notes and monthly statements are available for viewing:
- Contract Notes: Available from the next working day, typically around 11:00 AM.
- Monthly Statements: Accessible after the 7th working day of the following month.
Please note that no statements will be generated if there is no trading activity, holdings, or outstanding balance in the account.
4. Will I receive e-Statements even if I did not perform any trades for the month?
You will receive e-Statements if there is a trust balance in your account or if there are transactions during the month, such as fund withdrawals, FX conversions, fund deposits, or fee charges.
5. How about my paper statement?
Effective 1st August 2025, your account statements will be securely available online through KTrader trading platform and delivered to your registered email address. We are discontinuing the distribution of paper statements as of 1st August 2025. This shift empowers you to conveniently access and download your statements at your preferred time and place.
6. Can I choose to opt-out from e-Statements?
We strongly encourage you to continue with e-Statements to enjoy the benefits of e-Statements and going paperless with us. However, if you wish to opt-out of e-statements and would like to receive hard copy statements, please contact your trading representative and complete the Update of Personal Particular form.
With effect from 1st August 2025, clients who choose to receive paper statements will be charged a statement fee of S$2 per statement, subject to a maximum of S$30 per calendar month (before GST).
For example, if more than 15 paper statements are issued in a month, the total fee will still be capped at S$30.
7. Can I request for my past monthly statements?
Yes, we are able to send monthly statements to our clients. An additional administrative fee of S$10 (Subject to prevailing GST) per statement will be charged. Please note that the retrieval of past statements is subject to availability in our system, and we may not be able to guarantee access to records beyond a certain period.
