Responsibilities

    As a Team Head, you will be expected to recruit and lead a team of wealth advisers in providing comprehensive, one-stop financial advisory services. Our full suite of products includes Insurance, Unit Trust, Exchanged Traded Fund (ETF), Bonds, Stock and Margin Financing. You will be expected to play a critical role in acquisition of new clients and the relationship management of existing clients, together with your team of advisers. You will be familiarised with Balanced Scorecard Framework, Financial Needs Analysis and Wealth Planning process, including fact-finding and products recommendation.

Requirements

    • 5-8 years working experience in the wealth management industry
    • Strong products knowledge
    • Familiarise with Financial Advisory Act (FAA)

Responsibilities

    As a Wealth Adviser, you will be expected to provide comprehensive, one-stop financial advisery services to KGI clients through our wealth management products that will include Insurance, Unit Trust, Exchanged Traded Fund (ETF), Fixed Income and Structured products. As part of portfolio construct and re-balancing, you are to actively cross-sell our Brokerage, Futures & Forex products into wealth products and vice versa. The successful candidate will be expected to play a critical role in expanding the company's onshore base through the acquisition of new and the development of existing clients. To strengthen the wealth planning process, you will be engaging high net-worth and affluent clients for relationship management, financial health check and fact-finding.

     

    You are to achieve agreed financial targets. To help you succeed in your role and sharpen your financial planning and advisery skills, you will be guided and trained for 4 weeks by product specialists and product partners. You will need to be comfortable hitting the ground running and leveraging your existing network to add value to the business.

Requirements

    • Local Diploma/ Degree holders are welcome
    • Keen interest in the Finance industry
    • More than 1-2 years of wealth experience
    • Career progression to Senior Adviser or Assistant Wealth Director
    • Attractive salary package of up to $4,000 Basic + Incentives + Monthly Commission + Production Bonus
    • Basic salary in excess of $4,000 depending on qualification, experience and performance

Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Head of Global Derivatives Sales, you will be trained professionally to drive sales of exchange-traded and OTC financial/commodity derivative products. Prior sales experience is not required as the candidate will be able to learn and be mentored from a senior salesperson and have hands-on experience dealing with Futures and FX products.

     

    • Execute sales strategy on exchange-traded derivatives products, exchange cleared OTC products and solutions to client in South East Asia region
    • Monitor and identify new opportunities within the target market
    • Understand and analyse client’s requirement and investment objective and provide after trade services
    • Collaborate with sales support, dealing, operations, risk management, legal, compliance, marketing and other internal departments to optimize product diversity & service delivery efficiency
    • Work with other regional teams to tap upon the potential in the region and co-ordinate cross-selling opportunities within other affiliates in the group 

Requirements

    • Degree holder in related discipline
    • Requirement to take CMFAS exam modules 2A, 5 and 6A
    • Self-motivated individual, with a commitment to excellence
    • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
    • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese associates
    • Flexibility of travelling is necessary
    • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
    • Strong team player, proactive and keen interest to excel in sales
    • Proactive and fast learner

Responsibilities

    • Draft, review, and amend legal documents
    • Provide legal advice to management and colleagues
    • Manage and keep custody of contracts signed by the Company
    • Liaise with parent companies and affiliates with respect to legal matters
    • Deal with external parties (regulators, external counsel, etc.)
    • Assist in resolving disputes
    • Keep abreast of legislative changes
    • Provides timely information to internal/external audit exercises and ensure quick resolutions of audit issues raised pertaining to Legal Dept

Requirements

    • LLB holder with least 3-5 years of work experience in corporate law and Securities and Futures markets
    • High degree of professional ethics and integrity
    • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and interact with people at all levels
    • A strong team player who is confident, motivated, possesses initiative and the ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under pressure

Responsibilities

    As a Wealth Consultant, you will be expected to provide comprehensive, one-stop financial advisory services to KGI clients through our wealth management products. The successful Wealth Consultant agent  will be expected to play a critical role in expanding the company's onshore base through the acquisition of new clients and the development of existing securities’ clients. As part of wealth planning process, you will be engaging clients for relationship management, financial needs analysis, fact-finding and policies review.

     

    To help you succeed in your role and develop your financial planning and advisory skills, you will be guided and trained by in-house product specialists and external partners. There will be on-the-job training and a Team Lead assigned to guide and coach you.
