The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has announced that effective April 4, 2026, the Section 31 transaction fee rate will be $20.60 per million dollars for most securities transactions. Trades with charge dates on or before April 3, 2026 will continue to be assessed at $0.00 per million dollars.

This updated rate will remain in effect until further notice following the SEC’s fiscal year 2027 appropriation.
