KGI Research Programme
We are pleased to invite you to participate in the KGI Securities (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“KGI”) Research Programme (the “Programme”). The Programme is administered by KGI to enhance the research coverage on SGX-ST-listed stocks with the investment community.
The research reports produced on the participating companies will be distributed through KGI’s distribution channels (KGI’s Clients, Bloomberg, S&P Capital IQ and both local & international news media channels) and made available free of charge to the public.
Fees for Coverage by KGI (“Fees”) shall be S$20,000 per Coverage Period. The Coverage Period shall either be one (1) or two (2) years, depending on whether the Participating Company reports on a quarterly or semi-annual basis. The Fees does not include goods and services tax (“GST”), which shall be borne by the participating companies.
