2. During the promotional period, qualified customers will be able to access Free SGX L2 market depth through the Ktrader trading platform as long client meets the trading requirement.

"Qualified Customer" shall be defined as follow:

Any new and existing client of KGI (Singapore) Pte. Ltd (KGISS) who has a KGISS equity trading account and fulfil 1 SGX trade to activate the free SGX Market Depth.

Notwithstanding any provision contained herein, KGISS reserves the right at its absolute discretion, at any time and without prior notice, (i) to make modifications, add and/or delete these terms and conditions (including Conditions and Standards), and all participants shall be bound by such modifications, additions and/or deletions while this provision is in effect, or (ii) change, withdraw or cancel any program or promotion without disclosing the reasons therefor, and No compensation or fees are required.
