Individual / Joint Account

• Certified true copy of NRIC/ Passport of account holders and witness
• Proof of address within last 3 months, e.g. Utility Bill, Bank Statement

Corporate Account

The following documents must be certified as true copies: 

• Certificate of Incorporation/Registration;
• Memorandum and Articles of Association
• Board Resolution for the opening of trading account with KGI (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.
• Latest Audited Financial Statements or Annual Report
• NRIC/ Passport of all Directors, Authorised Personnel & Witness
