Investment Return Scenarios:

Capped Version:

• If the index’s closing price is higher than the initial price, investors will get back their principal plus a participation rate (based on the upside), but subject to a cap.
• If the final index is lower than the initial price, investors will get either the set minimum amount (the floor) or a portion of their initial investment, whichever is higher.

Uncapped Version:

• If the final index is higher than the initial price, investors will get their principal plus a participation rate (based on the upside), with no cap.
• If the final index is lower than the initial price, investors will get either the set minimum amount (the floor) or a portion of their initial investment, whichever is higher.
