Final Settlement Price The Final Settlement Price shall be the official closing value of the MSCI Singapore Free IndexSM for the Last Trading Day, rounded to two decimal places.
Position Accountability / Position Limit Position limit is not applicable to this contract. However, a person owning or controlling more than 5,000 contracts net long or net short in all contract months combined, or such position as the Exchange may prescribe from time to time with prior notification, shall provide, in a timely fashion, upon request by the Exchange, information regarding the nature of the position, trading strategy, and hedging information if applicable.

Settlement Basis Cash settlement. In-the-money options will be automatically exercised on expiry into SGX MSCI Singapore Index Futures (“futures contract”) positions, which will then be cash-settled based on the final settlement price methodology of the futures contract.
Final Settlement Price The final settlement price will be determined in the manner as set out in the relevant NSE IX contract specifications and is the official closing price of NIFTY50 Index on the last trading day.

Trading Halt Trading in an option contract shall be halted when any of the price limits applicable to the underlying SGX MSCI Singapore Index Futures are triggered. There shall be no trading halt on an option’s Last Trading Day.
Strike Price Intervals 5 index points interval.

Strike price shall be stated in terms of the SGX MSCI Singapore Index futures contract which is deliverable upon exercise of the Option and shall be an integer divisible by five (5) without reminder e.g 340, 345, 350, 355, etc.

The Exchange will list At-the-Money (ATM) strike call and put options and the next eight eligible exercise prices above and below the ATM strike. ATM strike refers to the exercise price nearest to the previous day’s Daily Settlement Price of the underlying SGX MSCI Singapore Index futures.

For new contract month, ATM strike will refer to the exercise price nearest to the previous day’s Daily Settlement Price of the Spot Month Futures Contract.

No new options shall be listed, however, if there are less than three calendar days remaining to the Expiration Day of the Options.
Option Exercise European Style. The option may be exercised only upon expiration. In the absence of contrary instructions delivered to the Clearing House, an option that is in-the money at expiration shall be automatically exercised.

Option Exercise: Exercise results in a long SGX MSCI Singapore Index futures position, which corresponds with the option’s contract month for a call buyer or a put seller, and a short SGX MSCI Singapore Index futures position for a put buyer or a call seller.
