HKEX Hang Seng China Enterprises Index Futures
Trade broad H-share market exposure on the Hong Kong Futures Exchange.
Hang Seng China Enterprises Index (HSCEI) Futures track the performance of major H-shares listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, trading under the code HHI. Contracts carry a multiplier of HK$50 per index point and a minimum fluctuation of one index point, and trade across 9:15 am – 12:00 noon, 1:00 pm – 4:30 pm and 5:00 pm – 3:00 am sessions (expiring contracts close at 4:00 pm on the Last Trading Day).
Contracts are cash-settled, based on the average of quotations taken at five-minute intervals during the final trading day's continuous session plus the SEHK close. HSCEI Futures allow investors to establish broad market exposure to H-share companies through flexible long/short, hedging, and spreading strategies, with efficient use of capital and lower transaction costs than trading a basket of the underlying constituent stocks.
