Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Head of Global Derivatives Sales, you will be trained professionally to drive sales of exchange-traded and OTC financial/commodity derivative products. Prior sales experience is not required as the candidate will be able to learn and be mentored from a senior salesperson and have hands-on experience dealing with Futures and FX products.

     

    • Execute sales strategy on exchange-traded derivatives products, exchange cleared OTC products and solutions to client in South East Asia region
    • Monitor and identify new opportunities within the target market
    • Understand and analyse client’s requirement and investment objective and provide after trade services
    • Collaborate with sales support, dealing, operations, risk management, legal, compliance, marketing and other internal departments to optimize product diversity & service delivery efficiency
    • Work with other regional teams to tap upon the potential in the region and co-ordinate cross-selling opportunities within other affiliates in the group 

Requirements

    • Degree holder in related discipline
    • Requirement to take CMFAS exam modules 2A, 5 and 6A
    • Self-motivated individual, with a commitment to excellence
    • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
    • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese associates
    • Flexibility of travelling is necessary
    • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

      Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the institutional clients (eg. Hedge funds, financial institutions, family offices and EAMs etc.) throughout the South East Asia region.  

       

      Responsibilities

    • Responsible for business development and execution of sales strategies
    • Drive sales of exchange-traded and exchange-cleared OTC derivatives products to the targeted clients
    • Generate commissions from institutional client base 
    • Build new institutional business by on-boarding new clients 
    • Manage and maintain relations with existing client portfolios
    • Increase existing institutional business by increasing share of client business 
    • Work on a team level to identify new opportunities within the target market
    • Develop and maintain internal relationships with other channels and functional teams to onboard new clients

Requirements

    • Degree holder in related discipline
    • Minimum 3 years experience in sales trading / dealing with institutional clients or institutional sales experience preferred
    • Must possess locally required licenses
    • Experience with major global exchanges (eg. SGX, HKEX, CME, ICE, LME etc.) needed
    • Self-motivated individual, with a commitment to excellence
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with clients
    • Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels in the organisation
    • Ability to focus and prioritise the key initiatives across a broad range of opportunities and relationships

Responsibilities

    • Provide first line support by responding to clients' calls and emails inquiries including questions about trading platforms' functionalities, platforms setup, connectivity and troubleshooting
    • Ensure users' queries and problems are followed up and resolved promptly and effectively through a systematic tracking/follow up process
    • Conduct trading platforms update and liaise with vendors on technical and infrastructure issues
    • Ensure IT deliverables have proper quality control through unit/integration test, UAT and proper handing over to production
    • Work closely with eFX and Sales Department to collate and communicate their requirements into visible project plans
    • Run the project on a day-to-day basis within specified quality, time and cost constraints

Requirements

    • Minimum a Diploma or Degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance or related fields with at least 1 year of relevant experience
    • Possess CMFAS M1A, M2A, M5, M6 and M6A or equivalent license will be an advantage
    • Financial products knowledge
    • Experience with MT4 is preferred
    • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
    • Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills
    • Client centric with a passion to go the extra mile for clients

Responsibilities

    • Maintain and develop deep and strong relationships with new and existing clients such as external asset managers, family offices, institutions and high-net-worth individuals
    • Market a suite of products (Equities, Futures, FX etc.) to the above client segments with primary focus on equities
    • Actively involved in understanding your clients’ financial needs as well as providing them with timely information, advice and recommendations to fit their investments portfolio
    • Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned

Requirements

    • Diploma/ Degree holder in related discipline
    • Proven sales record with at least 3-5 years’ experience in institutional equities or sales equity capacity
    • Strong understanding of Singapore broking landscape / broker business
    • Independent and a team player with good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
    • Fast learner, proactive and self-motivated individual, with a commitment to excellence
    • Possess CMFAS certifications in CMFAS M1, M5, M6 and M6A will be preferred

Responsibilities

    • Coordinate with internal departments on the Trading Representatives (TR) activities, including on and off boarding, training, adherence to the local regulatory requirements and escalation of issues raised by TR etc.
    • Liaise with IT department on data analytics for business analysis
    • Coordinate with Operations department on share settlement for TRs and clients
    • Process documentation and perform Enhanced Customers Due Diligence (ECDD) checks on new and existing accounts
    • Monthly checks on TR’s order records and help to improve record-keeping
    • Work and coordinate with compliance on regulatory, licensing and disciplinary issues
    • Follow up with clients on margin call top up
    • Provide administrative support and participate in ad-hoc project as and when assigned
    • Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned

Requirements

    • Diploma/ Degree holder preferred
    • Relevant experience in a financial industry and knowledge of securities trading will be advantageous
    • Meticulous with positive mindset and process strong analytical and organizational skills
    • Independent and a team player with good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

    • Ensure all trades are processed, confirmed and settled in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with the company policies and procedures
    • Follow up and investigate all unsettled trades
    • Timely identify and resolve all trades issues with counterparties and front office
    • Handle front office enquires
    • Identify gaps in processing and suggest ideas to achieve operational efficiency
    • Issue cheques and create TT payments
    • Mark settled trades in Gloss and book deposit and withdrawal entries in CTMS
    • Perform of receipt function
    • Support other team member's responsibilities as required
    • Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned

Requirements

    • Minimum a Diploma or Degree holder in Finance or equivalent with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience
    • Meticulous, positive attitude and team player
    • Able to work independently in a fast paced and challenging environment

Responsibilities

    • Monitoring of the Company’s overall exposure in equities and futures
    • Management of client’s positions, including putting up of stop loss orders, force liquidation 
    • Performing stress loss and reporting of threshold breaches
    • Tracking of intraday margin positions and ensuring policy and regulatory compliance
    • Project work which would also include quant modelling for various product classes to assess risks

Requirements

    • Degree holder in related discipline
    • 1-2 years exposure to Forex markets, either in Risk or as a Trader
    • Prior experience in brokerage industry is advantageous
    • Meticulous, positive attitude, team player yet able to work independently 
    • Ability to work well within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong in Excel preferably with VBA & SQL knowledge
    • Able to do shift work on rotating basis and Public Holiday

Responsibilities

    As a Wealth Adviser, you will be expected to provide comprehensive, one-stop financial advisery services to KGI clients through our wealth management products that will include Insurance, Unit Trust, Exchanged Traded Fund (ETF), Fixed Income and Structured products. As part of portfolio construct and re-balancing, you are to actively cross-sell our Brokerage, Futures & Forex products into wealth products and vice versa. The successful candidate will be expected to play a critical role in expanding the company's onshore base through the acquisition of new and the development of existing clients. To strengthen the wealth planning process, you will be engaging high net-worth and affluent clients for relationship management, financial health check and fact-finding.

     

    You are to achieve agreed financial targets. To help you succeed in your role and sharpen your financial planning and advisery skills, you will be guided and trained for 4 weeks by product specialists and product partners. You will need to be comfortable hitting the ground running and leveraging your existing network to add value to the business.

    • More than 1-2 years of wealth experience
    • Career progression to Senior Adviser or Assistant Wealth Director
