Responsibilities

    • Assist Sales Manager in new clients onboarding process (individual and corporate)
    • Perform account opening form check, KYC/AML and client due diligence check
    • Liaise directly with the clients to ensure their account will be set up with complete functionality on the trading platform
    • Process funds receipt and withdrawal
    • Assist in the preparation of periodic management reports
    • Conduct regular reviews on client trading accounts
    • Make outbound calls as and when appropriate for sales support and service functions
    • Attend to incoming calls, emails and facsimiles in a prompt and professional manner
    • Coordinate with Front/Middle/Back office to provide prompt support service functions for client problem resolution

Requirements

    • Degree holder in related discipline (e.g. Business or Finance major)
    • Requirement to take CMFAS exam modules 2A, 5 and 6A
    • Previous experience within the financial institutions is preferred
    • Self-motivated individual, with a commitment to excellence

Responsibilities

    • Work in a team and report to the Senior Relationship Manager
    • Manage and develop relationship with existing clients
    • Present new products and services to enhance existing relationship
    • Work with Sales/Credit/Risk/IT and other internal colleagues to provide solutions to customers

Requirements

Responsibilities

    • Provides 1st line support by responding to vendors/brokers/exchanges as well as internal calls/ emails inquiries regarding trading platforms' functionalities, platforms setup, connectivity and troubleshooting
    • Ensure users' queries and problems are followed up and resolved promptly/effectively through a systematic tracking/follow up process
    • Conducts test on applications/trading platforms/back office systems with users and liaise with vendors on technical and infrastructure issues
    • Ensure IT deliverables have proper quality control through SIT (System Integration Test), UAT (User Acceptance Test) and proper handing over to production
    • Ensure end user satisfaction of IT deliverables through formal UAT and sign-off
    • Performs analysis and compare with competitor's platforms and suggest improvements and enhancements
    • Working closely with Sales Department to collate and communicate their requirements into visible project plans
    • Running the project on a day-to-day basis within specified quality, time and cost constraints

Requirements

    • University graduates preferably with Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in IT, Business Administration, Finance or related fields
    • Minimum 1 year relevant experience
    • CMFAS M1A, M2A, M5, M6 and M6A or equivalent license an advantage

Responsibilities

    Sales Responsibilities

     

    • To identify key opportunities from the existing pipeline as well as generate new sales leads in derivatives and foreign exchange industry  
    • Work with the head of the team to develop and execute a detailed sales strategy with a focus on promoting the exchange traded derivatives products, exchange cleared OTC products, FX and solutions to the investors in the S.E.A region
    • Work with dealing, operations, credit, risk management, legal, compliance, marketing and other internal departments to optimize product diversity and service delivery efficiency
    • Work closely with other regional teams to unlock the potential in the region and co-ordinate cross-selling opportunities within other affiliates in the group

     

    Project Development Responsibilities

    • To manage overall initiation, resource planning, execution, monitoring and closure of a project
    • Able to collate and draft out company’s requirements into visible project plans
    • Able to focus on time, cost, budget and benefit realization of a project

Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Head of Global Derivatives Sales, you will be trained professionally to drive sales of exchange-traded and OTC financial/commodity derivative products. Prior sales experience is not required as the candidate will be able to learn and be mentored from a senior salesperson and have hands-on experience dealing with Futures and FX products.

     

    • Execute sales strategy on exchange-traded derivatives products, exchange cleared OTC products and solutions to client in South East Asia region
    • Monitor and identify new opportunities within the target market

Responsibilities

    This is a senior application developer/project manager role in supporting back office application systems mainly on settlement, accounting and related system modules

     

    • System design, application development, support and project management on back office systems and related modules and interfaces
    • Business analysis and user requirements gathering and documentation, re-engineering for continuous improvement in operations
    • Provide technical solution for new business initiatives
    • Back Office and Sun Accounting systems and related applications modules support
    • ETL Application design and development, system enhancement and trouble shooting

Requirements

    • University graduate in Information Technology or equivalent, at least 6 years relevant IT experience
    • Strong analysis skill in understanding business flow, trouble shooting and user requirement gathering

    • Solid application development skills in MS .NET C#, MS SQL database, Database Development and XML
    • Familiar with General Ledger System and Financial products in particular Futures & Options, Derivatives, Options and FX is a plus

Responsibilities

    As a Wealth Adviser, you will be expected to provide comprehensive, one-stop financial advisery services to KGI clients through our wealth management products that will include Insurance, Unit Trust, Exchanged Traded Fund (ETF), Fixed Income and Structured products. As part of portfolio construct and re-balancing, you are to actively cross-sell our Brokerage, Futures & Forex products into wealth products and vice versa. The successful candidate will be expected to play a critical role in expanding the company's onshore base through the acquisition of new and the development of existing clients. To strengthen the wealth planning process, you will be engaging high net-worth and affluent clients for relationship management, financial health check and fact-finding.

     

    You are to achieve agreed financial targets. To help you succeed in your role and sharpen your financial planning and advisery skills, you will be guided and trained for 4 weeks by product specialists and product partners. You will need to be comfortable hitting the ground running and leveraging your existing network to add value to the business.

Requirements

    • Local Diploma/ Degree holders are welcome

    • More than 1-2 years of wealth experience
    • Career progression to Senior Adviser or Assistant Wealth Director
