Responsibilities

    • Manage Infrastructure Team which provides support for end-user (Hardware, Software & Telephony)
    • Manage servers environment (Wintel and Linux), corporate network (LAN, WAN, MAN, VoIP) and office structure cabling
    • Manage data centre facilities (server room and co-location)
    • Manage technical aspects of Production, Disaster Recovery and BCP sites
    • Develop enhanced production monitoring and additional capability
    • Perform feasibility studies and consolidate streamlines with team to determine future planning, latest technology trend, implementation and cost optimization
    • Manage and prepare IT requirements, proposals and procurements process for IT infrastructure
    • Define improvements and increased system reliability, security and performance
    • Manage services and vendor outsourcing in the aspects of IT infrastructure
    • Provide 24x7 IT infrastructure support
    • Ensure IT infrastructure setup adhere to regulatory and audit guidelines
    • Acts as the IT infrastructure liaison in providing critical operational insight to upcoming business requirements, implementations and strategies, including validation of ongoing solutions supportability
    • Manage and oversee annual BCP exercises, internal / external audit exercises and follow-up on rectification

Requirements

    • Degree in Information Technology or equivalent with at least 8 years relevant experience in IT infrastructure areas
    • Extensive experience in MS Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Cisco Network, Firewall Management, IP Telephony Management, VMware etc
    • Knowledge in SSL/ IPSE Remote Access and Database Administration such as MS-SQL, MySQL and Oracle
    • PC and Server Hardware and Software knowledge and skills
    • Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal across different levels of management and users

Responsibilities

    • Draft, review, and amend legal documents
    • Provide legal advice to management and colleagues
    • Manage and keep custody of contracts signed by the Company
    • Liaise with parent companies and affiliates with respect to legal matters
    • Deal with external parties (regulators, external counsel, etc.)
    • Assist in resolving disputes
    • Keep abreast of legislative changes
    • Provides timely information to internal/external audit exercises and ensure quick resolutions of audit issues raised pertaining to Legal Dept

Requirements

    • LLB holder with least 3-5 years of work experience in corporate law and Securities and Futures markets
    • High degree of professional ethics and integrity
    • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and interact with people at all levels
    • A strong team player who is confident, motivated, possesses initiative and the ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under pressure

Responsibilities

    • Support Head of HR in implementing and monitoring of all HR policies to ensure relevance and compliance
    • Responsible for recruitment and selection for junior to middle level positions, and subsequent activities relating to on-boarding and off-boarding, including application/renewal/cancellation of work passes and/or other passes, as well as HR system and personal file management
    • Performing the full spectrum of payroll and its related activities e.g. income tax returns, CPF, government make up claims
    • Provide support on the annual review exercises including staff planning budget, appraisal, salary review exercises etc.
    • Assisting and responsible with all training and development initiatives including training needs analysis, reviewing of courses, training vendors, processing of training funding etc.
    • Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives to support the business unit's growth
    • Provide day-to-day HR guidance to employees
    • Any other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

    • Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
    • Work experience in financial industry is preferred
    • Minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience, experience in compensation and benefits is highly preferable
    • In-house payroll processing experience (full cycle including the tax returns)
    • Resourceful, meticulous, good team player with a positive mindset
    • Have strong analytical and organization skills
    • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in MS Office application especially MS Excel and knowledge in TimeSoft is advantageous

Responsibilities

    • Implement, maintain, and configure application systems
    • Trading platform access maintenance
    • Attend to incident and service requests
    • Provide first or second level IT service support to internal and external users
    • Manage Trading Systems and Applications testing / UAT and upgrades
    • Active monitoring of the production systems
    • Broadcast outage notifications (email alerts) during incidents
    • Coordinate with ISVs and Infra team to resolve Electronic Trading related issues
    • Responsible for outstanding production tickets and various customers' enquiries
    • Ensure issues are reported, recorded, tracked and resolved in a timely manner
    • Point of contact for incident and service requests for external clients
    • Assist the implementation of backup systems, redundancies and BCP
    • Create and maintain documentation that contribute to knowledge base
    • Manage resources in accordance with the project schedule
    • Coordinate with vendors for error reporting / purchases

Requirements

    • Degree / Diploma in Computer Science with at least 1 to 2 years of experience in IT support with exposure to direct user support and/or dealing room environment
    • Knowledge in financial market and trade support experience
    • Strategic and analytical thinking skills with an ability to solve problems and make decisions
    • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
    • Able to do shift work on rotating basis and Public Holiday
    • Able to work under pressure and time constraint
    • Knowledge in the market data applications such as Reuters and Bloomberg in addition to the Futures / Forex E-trading applications such as CQG, TT, PATS, MT4, Flextrade would be an advantage
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with external and internal clients
