Despite having shown a 4.8% YoY incline in semiconductor solutions revenue and a 5.2% YoY gain in its infrastructure software revenue, the software industry as a whole is feeling the effects of reduced IT budgets in both the US and Europe. Broadcom\u2019s software portfolio has been affected as well. Despite introducing new networking products for AI workloads, the company faces rising competition from Nvidia and others.
