Boon Rawd Brewery and ThaiBev, makers of Singha and Chang respectively, hold a combined 93% of the local beer market. In anticipation of the month-end politburo meeting in China, there are high expectations for a substantial economic stimulus that emphasizes domestic consumption. The market foresees a shift towards more positive policies by increasing investment in infrastructure, implementing targeted support for consumption, and further easing property regulations.
