Beyond the Dental Chair, a Glimpse into Aoxin Q&M Operations

We visited the five-level hospital on Zhongjie Road on a Sunday, when patients were receiving treatment across its clinical floors. We saw individual treatment rooms and a dedicated children’s area with a play space, child-sized furniture and brightly coloured consultation rooms. Around 60% of the rooms we walked past were in use at the time.
The second-day visit began with Aoxin’s dental equipment and supplies operation. Boxed materials, consumables and tooth sets were held on racks, shelves and drawers. Maotai supplies hospitals, clinics, laboratories and other distributors across Liaoning, Heilongjiang and Jilin, and serves Aoxin’s own centres and laboratories.
At the laboratory, we saw dental casts, mounted models, patient-specific work trays and restorative pieces. Technicians worked at both computer-based and manual stations. The operation manufactures porcelain crowns, bridges and dentures and forms part of Aoxin’s laboratory business in China and Singapore.
