DESCRIPTION
This ETF tracks the ISE CTA Cloud Computing Index, aiming to replicate the performance of the index constituents and deliver investment returns that correspond closely to those of the underlying index.
The index includes constituents that are recognized as cloud computing companies by the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), and undergoes screening based on criteria such as market capitalization, free-float ratio, and liquidity.
The index employs a cloud computing score-based weighting methodology. Companies are assigned scores based on their business exposure to Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), receiving 3, 2, and 1 point(s) respectively. A single company can earn a maximum score of 6 points. Each company's weight is then calculated by dividing its individual score by the total score of all constituent companies.
A single company is subject to a maximum weight cap of 4.5%, and the index holds a maximum of 80 stocks.
